My Approach

Looking for a caring, experienced professional to support you through life’s challenges? I’m Brittany, and I’d be honoured to work alongside you in creating meaningful change and improving your well-being.

I work with children, teens, and adults from diverse backgrounds, with a focus on anxiety, depression, ADHD, family and relationship dynamics, and life transitions.

Finding the right therapist matters. In our work together, you can expect a warm, empathetic space built on trust and connection, where we focus on your goals at your pace.

I also integrate talk therapy with creative approaches like music, art, and movement to support healing in a holistic way: mind, body, and emotions.

My Experience

I hold a Master’s in Clinical Counselling and am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. Over the years, I’ve worked in residential treatment, rehabilitation, children and youth mental health agencies, hospital community programs, and private practice. I’ve also taught in Georgian College’s Addictions & Mental Health and Community Justice programs.

I enjoy working with children, teens, and adults from diverse backgrounds, and have specialized training in Theraplay, Play Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I’m also a member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals.

My approach is flexible and collaborative, drawing from CBT, DBT, Play Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Family Systems, and Attachment Theory. Together, we focus on what you need most, building trust, resilience, and a sense of safety as we work toward your goals.
